YAS! This is the time where you actually go to an amazing place you’ve been fantasizing about. Make it happen!

You might feel like; this year nothing’s changed, no exciting discoveries... well, start planning one!

How do you create an extraordinary year for yourself?  You demand to experience more!

Would you not agree that the more you explore, the more you feel ALIVE?!

If you’re new to my blog, I’d like to fill you in – quickly.

From the outside, it might look like I’m just a beach bum that enjoys parading around in my bikini under the sun, while this may be true...

My greatest intention is to truly inspire others to create a life full of excitement by sharing my tips on how I’ve traveled to 30 countries in 5 years debt free, and the valuable lessons I’ve learned along the way.

Most people I know that wait too long to travel never do.

One of the biggest regrets of older generations is wishing they travelled more. (Don't make that you)

Make this the year you decide to discover somewhere magical, these are my prime reasons for why you should. ..

"The world is a book, and those who do not travel only read one page." - Saint Augustine

When you travel you stray from the norm and realize that real happiness isn’t what society will lead you to believe it is.

Our lives are based on principles we learned from an early age, but what if you challenged yourself to think, feel and see differently?

Don’t think like everyone else – don’t get sucked into a life that doesn’t challenge you to find happiness in other ways besides chasing a dream car, house or perfect career.

When you immerse yourself in other cultures around the world, that feeling that comes with it… is priceless.

"Travel while you're young and able. Don't worry about the money, just make it work. Experience is far more valuable than money will ever be."

Opportunities don’t last forever, go on an adventure now!

If you have always wanted to travel but don’t believe you can, just do it – GO! At least you can say you tried.

Life is unpredictable, who’s to say what obligations might come your direction. Take advantage of the freedom in your life before other commitments take over.

"Travel makes one modest. you see what a tiny place you occupy in the world." - Gustav Flaubert

You want to grow, and truly experience life at a higher level, put yourself out there.

I've come so far from the first time I went to South East Asia; I was so out of my element, always feeling vulnerable, I also didn’t understand anything going on around me… NOW Indonesia is one of my favourite places on earth!

At first, YOU WILL feel uncomfortable, but we grow in these moments! Traveling puts you in a situation where the only option is to figure shit out on your own! It’s scary but exhilarating at the same time!

Someone can try and tell you what it’s like to navigate through Thailand, but you won't fully understand the depth of this journey until you experience it too!

You will meet strangers from all over the world that turn into lifelong friends! They’ll change what you think you know about other countries in the most humbling way, because the truth is what we think we know -  it's all wrong.

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, biotry, and narrow-mindedness." - Mark Twain

Your problems may not be problems after all, be grateful

Traveling can build compassion quicker than anything else

What do I mean by this exactly?

Seeing the quality of other people’s lives can quickly put your life into perspective real fast! All those worries you thought you had may not look like day to day problems after all. Living life with a grateful heart is without a doubt the key to being happy.

When you travel, you begin to learn it’s not “us vs. them” although we may be different in values and ethnicity, we are all after the same goal; to find happiness.

I’d love to know why you would like to travel more this year? where do you want to go, and why?! Shoot me a comment below.
